Hello. I get an error when installing GApps

My hardware:

Proccesor: Intel Core i5
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5000
RAM: 4GB

MacBook Air 13 2014

I get the following error when trying to Install GAPPs on my Chromebook 14 4G:

(exit 3) network error

I tried downloading gapps and installing via direction to download folder as well, but also get an error…
