None of the Fydeos images will boot on a HP Elitebook i5 8th Gen

I tried imaging all 3 builds and none of them will boot.

The usb flashes as if its trying but nothing.

I tried creating the images from a MAC/PC/Linux machine using Balena and DD

Is there a knack to this?
