Paid for an update from v11.4 to v12 but laptop didnt uodate

I paid for the 1 time update which i had no issues with but then i went to update and it showed an update for v12

I downloaded the update but then the system crashed and when i booted back up, no update or no update file

Please help me out here

Would you be able to include /var/log/update_engine.log full file to here or somewhere like pastebin.com ?

I was trying to do that but i have a problem with copying the log files from the ‘crosh’ command prompt any idea what to do?

you won’t be able to do this via just “crosh”. Under “crosh” shell you need to enter

shell

first to invoke bash shell. Then you can utilise usual handy commands like cp and cat
