Can't activate android subsystem

Hi there!
Just downloaded the latest version for AMD, installed it successfully and after log in the first message is to activate the android subsystem. Click on Launch, and nothing happens.

If I close the window or reboot the system, the message doesn’t appear anymore, but I can’t install android gapps.

I’m using an HP DM1-3250BR
AMD E-350 APU with an INTEGRATED Radeon 6310 and 8gb of RAM

Hey i have the same problem but i have an amd e2 3800 and its support sse 4.1 and 4.2 please is there anything i can do
