Could you please try running android subsystem on live-usb?
I started suspecting it might be related to having multiple partitions on hard drive
When i run fydeos on usb it starts up android subsystem without a single issue. While im installing fydeos on hard drive with multi boot starting android subsystem takes forever, sometimes in runs up once just after creating subsystem, but after rebooting it never loads again
