Android Subsystem not opening

I installed the android subsystem successfully but when I click on the android app, it starts loading and never stops.

i have an acer aspire one 522 (amd apu c-50 codename ontario)

did you résolve it ?

Android subsystem doesn’t work well with spinning hard drives if that’s what you have.
So after boot let system load for a couple minutes log out and back in let load for a couple minutes again before launching android apps
