Black & white videos when hardware acceleration is on

when hardware acceleration is on, videos on twitter and telegram webz plays in b&w.
graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6450
ram : 2GB DDR3
cpu: intel core 2 duo e6300
also when trying to enable android, it just shows a loading gif forever.
(installed intel&amd processors with amd radeon series graphics card.)
