Sd card on my pi 4 stopped working

hello,

i hava a purchased subscription but the sd card got corrupted - no i installed all on an usb drive for my pi4 - i use the same fydeos account but subscription ends soon - so how can i get my subscription again for this account?

i found some posts - stating open a ticket - but where can i open the ticket?

any help would be great
