I think there should be a better way of managing subscriptions rather than having to ask a customer support team directly to help you with your subscription. Like, have the user manage it themselves like in a web browser or something? I mean, you already have a fydeOS account linked and set up to your devices, so why not utlilise that account to manage subscriptions, if not multiple subscriptions, for multiple devices on a web client or maybe an app? This will also help out with customer support who might take a lot of their time trying to manage users’ subscriptions themselves when migrating a license to another device…
