How to get in touch with a human being

I have tried a couple of times over the last year to get in touch with FydeOS team without luck.

Recently, I have had an issue where it says my FydeOS subscription expired although I paid one year in October. I sent an email but no reply.

Is there any other efficient way to speak to a human being?

I also want to discuss custom Enterprise builds with them.
