we have seen this issue in some devices; it’s largely due to the incompatibility induced by the power management chip in the motherboard. at this moment we can only introduce a workaround to combat this issue by disallowing your device go to into a deep (S3) level of sleep.

The workaround is already in the v16.1 image, we will publish a KB article these days to instruct users how to utilise it (it’s still a command line tool at the moment unfortuantely.)
