** Hey guys!** I am currently having an issue when trying to open the Android Subsystem Installer! Whenever i try to open it nothing happens except it is loading forever! I am using a Dell Vostro 1500 with an Intel Core 2 Duo and 4GB of ram. Does anyone know how to fix this?
