Browser instead of desktop

I’d like to suggest making the browser window instead of the desktop. Right now the desktop is a completely useless background.

what? can u share images off what exactly what is you re talking about ? I didnt understood how a browser instead of desktop in which way would help exactly how and what… can you elaborate this better?

I think his issue is more about not having the ability to pin icons to the desktop plane. He ended up mixing different topics and confusing things

Thats not how ChromeOS works… I would love that… I would love Google allowed more than bullshit widgets… and allows us to have shortcut icons… but no… thats not how they are planning ChromeOS - therefore ChromiumOS wont get it either and idk if there is any plans for FydeOS to change that neither if there is any addon/mod on github that allows it.
