System using In use 510 GB

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description: I am wanting to turn on the Linux development environment to be able to use the terminal features and it says I do not have enough storage space… turns out the system is using In use
    510 GB of my 512 GB ssd. Is it actually using a full 510 GB or is there a workaround for this issue?
