My camera is not working although fydeos is in developer mode
The camera only works in the developer channel, not developer mode. v18.0 has not been released in the developer channel. The camera support feature for Surface devices on FydeOS is currently in the experimental phase. This means the camera feed’s quality may not match the standard you’re accustomed to on Windows. Additionally, the smoothness of the touchscreen will also decrease. Therefore, switching to the developer channel is not recommended if you don’t have a strong need for the camera.
