Glitching screen on Chuwi UBookx

Hello everyone, my screen keeps glitching/flashing (mostly black screen) and it closes/resets the open applications every 10 seconds. I can’t save my documents and photos. Is there any recovery system? Does someone know how to fix this problem?

Create a backup and reinstall ur system

If it dont work, downgrade ur system

I can’t, the system reset every 10 seconds

the system works fine as a guest or new account. only my personal account is corrupt. on the new account I see the HD but it is encrypted.
