[SP4] touch screen and screen rotate

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description:
    when boot up sp4 device, touch working very well for a while. but after few hour touch is not working anymore.

screen rotation also not working after few times rotation.

and i cannot see “Touch Screen” or “Touchpas and Mouse” under “Device” menu from Settings

but others are working so good.
