Hi I assume that your virtualization is turned off in the bios of the computer or notebook, if you activate this option the linux subsystem will be activated. Good luck, the process to activate virtualization on bios depends of the pc, but it`s not so hard to make it

I would recommend you to write the complete configuration with the specific CPU model, some models may not have virtualisation capabilities.
