Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description:
    I got a bluetooth based keyboard, Model K17 Pro for my Surface Pro 8. No mouse pointer and no mouse clicks, just scrolling.
    Under Settings is no entry for touch pad just keyboard. and yes I did search and enabled larger mouse point etc.

  • Hardware & System Configuration: Surface Pro 8

    • Processor: Intel 5 11th gen
    • Graphics Card(Please specify if there’s a discrete graphics card): Intel
    • RAM: 8GB
    • FydeOS Version: 18.1

  • Relevant System Logs:

Sorry, we can only guarantee that the original keyboard will work since we tested it on them, but we can’t guarantee that other brands of peripherals will work properly.

ok well than I have to see if there is any way to get the touch panel to work fully, aka being able to see the mouse pointer and being able to use the left and right click.
