Ive paid for a system upgrade, but it messed up my installation, what can i do now?
Please add configuration information according to the template. The following FAQ explains in detail that the vast majority of the OTA fee you pay is for CDN traffic and that you have completed the update and consumed CDN traffic. However, an OTA update does not guarantee that the new version will work properly on your device, and as written in the FAQ, we recommend testing the latest version on a USB before you update it via OTA.
