White screen instead of application window

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description: Hello, after OS installation I can not use some application: Android, VLC (linux install), some messages in task bar. There is only white zone in the applcqtion window. is it known issue? can it be related to my hardware? is it exist some command to execute to check m hardware ?

thanks for your answer, yes, I think it is Nvidia graphic card. How can I find the exact model of my graphic card ? (linux terminal command of some files in OS?)
If it is Nvidia ? is it possible to fix it ? with a driver or OS update ?
