Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:
Sleep mode the notebook screen does not return to normal

  • Description:
    When leaving the notebook idle for a while it goes into sleep mode. After the idle time, the screen remains black, when closing the notebook lid and opening it, the screen remains black, the notebook is turned on and even then the screen does not light up to continue normal use.
    I disabled it in the power tab and this problem still persists.
