Sound support on Surface pro 4 (not from Linux app)

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description:
    Is there any support at all for sound on surface pro 4?
    I tried all sort of Linux OS before, none seems to offer that.
    And yes sound is working fine with Windows on said laptop.

    • Processor: dont know
    • Graphics Card(Please specify if there’s a discrete graphics card):
    • RAM: don’t know
    • FydeOS Version: 18

linux-surface actually got sound working on your device very early on in the development. yours doesn’t have sound whilst all our test kits proved otherwise, it could only mean that your sound card has been replaced during a repair which differs from the rest.
