Microsoft Surface GO no audio & Black HDMI when using Hub

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description: When I plug in Microsoft Hub for Surface, both internal and external USB speaker can’t playback audio. Also hub’s DP display port is not working properly, I only see black screen on my external monitor. It DOES detect signal but only can display black screen. (both HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 not working)

It is likely an issue with the USB hub, if everything works while the hub is unplugged. The USB hub may not support ChromeOS itself.
