Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description:
I can add an SMB link to file servers or NAS and I can open the files, but how can I save the changes in these SMB links? it’s very frustrating to open a doc file and work on it, but I can’t save the changes. is there a solution or command to authorize writing? (of course I have read and write rights on these shares).

i dont use smb often
maybe that’s the smb’s problem

it seems that the folder shared with linux is read-only. Is it possible to add writing to the share?
here’s an example :
/mnt/chromesos/SMB/c16a6551a6ree5e54r3ee5r5r43

I can read but not write
