Google Drive App not loading

Hello!

I am trying to setup my Google Drive app in my system, but it keeps hanging. Is there a setting I am missing such as password or something. I can access Drive from the browser with no problems.

As an aside, I am having problems mounting MS OneDrive as well.

I saved the log file if that is useful to you.

Thanks!

its normal
open file app then u can see them

No, it’s not normal. As I said before, it’s hanging. The dialog says “Starting Drive” and the circle goes round and round until I tire of waiting and close the dialog. Is there a conflict with Onedrive? Because I get a message from that program saying an operation is taking longer than normal and asking if I want to abort that process.

Looking at Settings/Apps/Drive informaton, I see that the storage permission is denied. Would that be a reason for hanging? Also, how do I uninstall this app? I was thinking maybe the installation is corrupted.

emm
u have to make a powerwash to uninstall it if u think it’s corrupted

Thanks for the answer. I am not ready to go that far. As long as I can get to it via the browser, I am fine. That’s one of the challenges of living with an evolving product.
