Red Screen Error in Fyde OS 19

I installed Fyde OS 18 and it worked fine. However, when Fyde OS 19 was installed, I experienced a red screen overlay on their screen and on the Fyde OS 19 bootable USB. The system information includes an Intel Pentium N3710 processor, Intel HD Graphics GPU, and 4GB DDR3 RA

which version do u install
iris or not?
