While installing openFyde, I’ve noticed developer mode is enabled. I am not seeing a way to either disable dev mode or (re-)install without dev mode being enabled. Is this by necessary design, or have I missed a toggle somewhere?
openfyde is for developers so always in developer mode 
I understand it being installed in dev mode by default (for the purpose you mentioned), but I was more asking if I had overlooked a way to turn off dev mode. Even though I’m not actively developing at the moment, I can think of a few use cases for turning it off, even if only temporarily.

It’s not reversible. If you use fydeos and turn on developer mode, you can’t turn it off.
