Hwtuner disabled the graphics card currently in use

I have solving the problem of not loading android subsystem, then I came across a solution to disable nvidia graphics card using hwtuner. But I disabled the graphics card currently in use because my laptop don’t have a dedicated graphics card. Now my laptop is not rebooting. It is stuck on the Dell loading screen:
