I tried installing fydeOS on my m91p but i seems can’t install it on my main drive… it only works on my usb, i’m a bit new to linux also… how should i fix this?

:computer:System & Device Information

  • Hardware & System Configuration:

    • Intel(R) Core™ i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz
    • Intel HD 2000
    • 4x2GB Ram

  • Relevant System Logs:

    • Open the FybeOS installer and when i choose full disk installation, select drive, and click install i get an error that say’s

    • “installation failed An error occurred”

What you want to do is most likely dualboot. You want to install two operating systems and be given the choice to choose one or the other. What you need to do is resize your windows partition. https://fydeos.io/help/knowledge-base/installation-guides/fydeos-for-pc/dual-boot-fydeos-setup/

Thanks, i still didn’t try it so maybe this one might work…
