I have a device called Pi Terminal from the manufacturer Elecrow, I attach the technical sheet. It’s basically a Raspberry pi CM4.
I installed the fyde OS, when I turned on the screen the operating system started running but it stayed in a cycle looking for the keyboard and mouse.
I have tried several keyboards and mice but it still does not recognize them.
The USB port is transmitting power because the keyboard lights up its LEDs.
I imagine that there is some configuration to start to be able to detect the mouse and keyboard. Can you help me to do it?
