  • Description:
This laptop is a 2 in 1. It should disable the keyboard and touchpad when I fold it; however, it does not enter into table mode nor disables touchpad or keyboard. In addition, even while tablet mode, it does not activate the virtual keyboard.

The automatic tablet/laptop mode switching needs to be specifically adapted for each device, which isn’t a feature FydeOS for PC currently offers.

Huh, how, windows does it by itself, why cannot fydeos do it? How can I configure it by myself to support this?

Welcome to the world of Linux! Because your tablet is made for windows not Linux.

Nope its not a tablet, its a computer. I do not think its a firmware issue. Its just linux does not support touchscreens. It support basic things such as clicking; however, does not even support long tap.

I have Lenovo yoga 11e gen6 and it tablet mode works but I have no sound. FydeOS19 in beta I think it’s regular bug

Is there a way to install drivers for this device to make it recognize when it is in tablet mode. This is the only issue I had with this OS and if I can fix it, I might prefer it over windows due to how good the screen magnifier is.
