I have an Asus Vivobook running ChromeOS Flex - which has been a boon compared to sluggish Windows 10 however I do prefer FydeOS which seems to be a De-Googled version of ChromeOS
I’ve seen not a lot of info on Google about installing other OS’s onto Chromebooks or laptops that have ChromeOS Flex installed. The main issue i have is that I do not have the ability to enable Developer Mode, and therefore get access to Linux functionality.
Anyone have any ideas? Only thing I can think of is to mount the SSD to a software that can wipe it completely and fresh install onto a nothing drive. Is there another way of doing so without the possible headache of what i’ve just mentioned above?
Cheers
