Bluetooth button missing from quick panel and In Settings the button is disable

###Description:

Bluetooth was working on FydeOS version 17 on the laptop. but after the of v18 the Bluetooth in not working and still after the version 19.0 it is disabled .

Steps Tried: Restarted multiple times (full power cycle), checked for system updates, looked in settings.
