Sleep and Lock Screen Crash

    Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:
  • Description:
    If I press the power button to sleep my 2-in-1 Dell Latitude 7210 as a tablet or laptop it crashes = powers off. The same happens if I leave it on for a while it times out which also triggers the same results.

  • Hardware & System Configuration: Dell Latitude 7210 2-in-1

    • Processor: Intel i7 10610U
    • Graphics Card(Please specify if there’s a discrete graphics card): Intel UHD Graphics 620
    • RAM: 16GB
    • FydeOS Version: v20.0

Use hwtuner to disable hibernation. Actually there is a guide. Search it in help section on fydeos’s website.

Thanks! I gone into the settings and completely turned off the sleep feature, which seems to have resolved the issue. Now, when the screen times out, a simple touch quickly brings it back to where it was left. Now, I just select LOCK and let the display sleep function take over whenever the laptop/tablet isn’t being used.
