Cannot setup a SMB shared folder

Hi Team,

I am setting up a shared folder on my device, the shared folder is powered by NAS and it is being used by my other devices.

the apply button is still gray when I filled all info like this:

the FydeOS is installed on HUAWEI MateBook XPro 21 (Intel x86 i7 with irisXe)
Is the issue a bug? How to fix this. Thank you!
