Why my fydeos can't recognize all core

my laptop has install fydeos v20, and when I installed cpu z and aida64 i saw that my laptop has 1 core why my cpu has 8 cores and i don’t know why it does
my loptop
model: dell vostro 3590
cpu: intel core 5 10210U
OS: fydeos v 20

Did you try diagnostics in settings? Android app is running in vm, can’t rely on it to diagnose the system.
