Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:
Description:
Pairing Fyde for SBI to a bluetooth device pops up a code that cannot be typed in anywhere. The same device can be paired to an iPhone with no code popping up.
Please help me disable this. It is keeping me from moving forward on my project and buying another license for your OS.
System & Device Information
Fyde OS for SB on Raspberry PI 5, 8g
Fyde Version:v20.0-SP1 stable (16093.91.20.20)
I’d love to license this but I need this bluetooth paring completed.
I think it’s Fyde. Same device pairs to iphone with no code. in fact EVERY device it pairs to has no code.
Device manufacturer says its Fyde as well, or the andriod subsystem. It pairs for a second then Fyde disconnects it.
Isn’t Fyde based on ChromeOS? If so then it would be the same behavior?
Thanks for your comments but I’ll wait for the Fyde support people to help work with me.
Not all Bluetooth devices are compatible with chromeos. If it’s the same device, then this device is not compatible with chromeos, nothing fydeos can do. If not the same behavior, then there is some hope that fydeos can solve it.
I get that. I’m not running all over creation finding Chrome OS to test this. I am hoping I can get some support. If you have ever been between a manufacturer and a software developer you know where I am at.
