Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description: Android apps on fydeos v20.0 on the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 will open for about 10 seconds then crash it only happened on Fydeos v20.0 earlier versions didn’t do this I really need help in trying to fix this problem thanks

  • Hardware & System Configuration: Fydeos For You Microsoft Pro 4

    • Processor:Intel Core i5-6300U CPU @2.40GHz
    • Graphics Card(Please specify if there’s a discrete graphics card): Intel Corporation Skylake GT2 HD Graphics 520
    • RAM:4GB
    • FydeOS Version: Fydeos For You (Surface Pro 4) v20.0 Trial Subscription

  • Relevant System Logs:

    • Open the Chromium browser and enter /var/log/messages to retrieve logs.

After OTA, play service will be removed, so reinstall open gapps.

Okay let me try that so do i need to remove the android subsystem too? Or just reinstall opengapps?

Then just reinstall open gapps since the android system is still working.

Hello I am now having another problem i am having this problem now. I have been trying to figure this out and I can’t figure it out. If anyone knows how to fix this please help. I have restarted 3 times, cleared out cache/data for both google play services and google play store nothing has worked please help

Did you follow the guide? Disable root verification and then install open gapps.

I can try to reinstall it again and see if that fixes the problem.

I’m using fydeos 20 VMware. Games won’t open. There’s a game window, but after 10 seconds, it gives a “Stops responding” error.
This problem doesn’t exist on fydeos 19 VMware, but the Android subsystem on fydeos 19 won’t connect to the internet.

Games on fydeos 20 stop responding after 10 seconds. How do we resolve the “close the application” error?

VMware version can’t run games.

APKs and games work on Fydeos 19 vmware and Fydeos 16 vmware.

The only problem is that the Play Store and the Android subsystem on Fydeos 19 don’t connect to the internet.

The only problem with Fydeos 16 is that the Google Play Store doesn’t load, prompting you to update your device.

You may wait for VMware v21. It should be released soon since pc version has already released.
