Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description:
    I would like to report an issue I’ve been experiencing while using FydeOS version 20. At random times, my laptop screen suddenly goes black. After a few seconds, it powers back on and immediately shows the “Welcome Recap” screen without going through the usual FydeOS boot animation.

  • Hardware & System Configuration:

    • Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics
    • Graphics Card(Please specify if there’s a discrete graphics card): -
    • RAM: 24GB
    • FydeOS Version: 20

  • Relevant System Logs:

    • Open the Chromium browser and enter /var/log/messages to retrieve logs.
    • Log Details:

seems that the launcher is crashed but not the whole system
you can try to use hwtuner to disable Sleep mode first
