Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description:
    I installed fyde os 20 on my intel n4000 (slim) HP chromebook 11 G7 EE model, all worked fine but brightness was always high and couldn’t be controlled by buttons/slider.
    I asked chatgpt and it told me to open terminal and type some stuff, so it lowered but I don’t want to open terminal and remember a command to adjust my brightness with a code everytime. I even tried the ones released for newer processors but it had the same issue.

    • Processor: Intel™ celeron® n4000
    • Graphics Card(Please specify if there’s a discrete graphics card):
    • RAM: 4gb
    • FydeOS Version: 20.0

    • Open the Chromium browser and enter /var/log/messages to retrieve logs.
