I really hate bothering people but I have a question I really need answering: I have a Fyde OS For You subscription. The list of benefits for subscribing includes raising support tickets. However I cannot find any information as to how and where to do this. I would really appreciate some assistance her.

I thought that’s what this was! I don’t see how posting here is the same as raising a support ticket - you can do that without a paid subscription
You have a subscription, so the support team is obligated to respond to you. If you don’t have a subscription, they are not obligated to respond. Is that the same?
