I have installed both v17 and v19 and currently installing v18 of fydeOS for my old Toshiba Satellite P55-A5200. I tried installing it on v19 first and it wouldn’t work because developer mode or just accessing certain things on v19 is disabled and because of such I can’t disable rootfs(rootfs verification). On v17 I had to use Gapps legacy configuration and Play Store installed just fine with that. The issue with that though is that when I open Play Store it shows me a sign in button and when I go to click it, it doesn’t use the google account I’m currently using but wants to me use another google account, at first I was okay and I used a different account but when I click sign in it doesn’t do anything. It just shows the sign in button again. If anyone can tell me anything about how to make this work that would be greatly appreciated.
Update play service first.
