Intel WiFi 6E AX211 160MHz Adapter Not Working FydeOs

Model Dispositive : Galaxy Book 2

I’m having trouble getting my WiFi to work on FydeOS. I’m using an Intel WiFi 6E AX211 adapter on a [insert your device model, e.g., Dell XPS 13 with 12th gen Intel processor]. During the initial setup from a USB boot, the WiFi toggle turns on briefly but then disables itself, and no networks show up in the scan.

I’ve tried the latest FydeOS v21 (Intel Modern image), checked BIOS settings (Secure Boot is off, WiFi enabled), and even tested in Ubuntu where the WiFi works fine, so it’s not a hardware issue. Using a USB Ethernet adapter gets me through setup, but the built-in WiFi still doesn’t activate after updates.

Still not working in v22.1. I wanted to try it out because I recently bought a cheap used laptop for traveling. I can’t find anything on how to get it working. The Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 driver is included in the Linux kernel (since 5.14) so I don’t know why it isn’t working in Fyde.
