Support Request: Attach FydeOS v22 Upgrade License to My Account

Hello, I hope you’re doing well. Yesterday I purchased the upgrade license for FydeOS version 22 to support the project. However, I was not logged into my account when I made the purchase;

I now need to redeem the license and link it to my FydeOS user account. Is that possible? The purchase receipts are attached.

I think it’s linked to your device. Once you purchase it, your device will start to update.

Major version upgrade payments are bound to the device ID, not to the user account. Once you complete the payment on a specific device, the OTA update will be delivered to that device. Each payment applies to one device for a single upgrade only. After the update is completed, the paid service is considered fulfilled and concluded, and there is no need to bind it to your account.

Please note that what you purchased is not a license, but a one-time paid upgrade service.
