Stylus don't working on fydetab duo

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description: I, some days ago my fydetab duo started to not register the inputs from the stylus, first i though it was the battery, so I ordered some new ones, but now even if I use the new ones it still doesn’t work.
    I don’t know if it’s related, but usually I have the pen on the back of the cover (the up left side, since it’s magnetic)
