I would like to see if I can hear myself, when trying to install the operating system the blank screen loads with black dots — ### :computer:System and device information - Hardware and system configuration: - Processor: AMD A12-9720P RADEON R7 - Graphics card(Specify if there is a discrete graphics card): Integrated - RAM: 16 - FydeOS version: FydeOS_for_PC_apu_v22.0-io-stable

Please try the following before flashing / reinstalling FydeOS:

  • Check the image integrity first and make sure the downloaded image is complete.

  • Use a fast USB 3.0 drive to create the installer.

  • If one USB drive does not work, please try another USB drive.

  • Also make sure the device is using UEFI boot mode and Secure Boot is disabled, since these are common causes of black screen or boot failure in FydeOS.

I have all the corresponding configurations, however the error still occurs

In that case, unfortunately it means that your device is currently not supported by FydeOS.

I managed to install it on an Intel PC with its respective ISO,
however, I can’t handle the AMD ISO, I suppose it is because of the drivers, they don’t have any version without the drivers?
