When i try to search through google mic is shows No Internet Connection

  • Description:
    See when ever i try to search in chrome browser using Mic feature it always shows No Internet Connection even i have a very high speed internet connection and i also tried to restart both my fydeos device & Router as well but nothing works
    please tell me how can i fix this

and also Search With image search is also not working as expected as in Chrome Browser

  • Hardware & System Configuration:

    • Processor:Intel(R) Core™ i3-7100U CPU @ 2.40GHz (4 threads, 2.400GHz)
    • Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics card
    • RAM:4GB
    • FydeOS Version:Fyde os v22

  • Relevant System Logs:

    • Open the Chromium browser and enter /var/log/messages to retrieve logs.
    • Log Details:

Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?

My fyde os device is connected to Wi-Fi and you can see in the video that when i searched thermodynamics results are shown but in particular the image search dosent works and shows this

Thanks for reporting this. We asked our testing team to check it, and they were able to reproduce the issue as well.

We have logged it internally as a bug for further review, and we will see whether it can be addressed in a future update.

Actually there’s also another problem with Michrphone like voice search or mic works flawlessly but again in home page when i try to search with voice it shows same no internet connection

So it does’nt seem to be internet issue

please try to fix these issues too

These issues are likely caused by the fact that these are Google proprietary APIs, which are not included in Chromium OS.
