No sound + No Autorotation on Chuwi Hi10X

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:

  • Description: The device doesn’t produces sound at all via internal Speakers or headphones. Tried several commands to fix the issue but nothing worked so far.
  • Extra: Autorotation does not work with a device able to autorotate. This is a 2-in-1 convertible, so I’d like to have an auto orienting display when in tablet mode. Also, virtual keyboard should pop in when no keyboard is connected.

  • Hardware & System Configuration:

    • Processor: Intel Celeron N4100
    • Graphics Card(Please specify if there’s a discrete graphics card): Internal. Intel UHD Graphics
    • RAM: 6GB
    • FydeOS Version: 22

  • Relevant System Logs:

    • Open the Chromium browser and enter /var/log/messages to retrieve logs.
    • Log Details: I cannot post any log due to the computer freezing when trying to CTRL+V, sorry
