FydeTab Duo keyboard keys produce wrong characters.

Please describe the problem you’ve encountered in detail:
my fydetab duo keyboard caps lock is reversed, and various keys produce the wrong characters
I cant type periods or other characters because the keyboard acts like the SHIFT key is being held down
if this is a hardware issue then a keyboard for the fydetab duo should be replaced

As I mentioned in my email, I’ve checked your order details — your purchase was made in July 2024, and your message was sent in March 2026. This means the device is already well beyond the 1-year warranty period.

The warranty is not provided directly by us, but by the factory that manufactures the keyboard. According to our agreement with them, the warranty period is strictly limited to one year. If there had been a hardware issue with the keyboard, it should have been reported within that period so we could arrange a replacement.

Since the warranty period has already expired, we’re unfortunately unable to provide a free replacement keyboard. We’re also not able to request the factory to cover this under warranty beyond the agreed period.

If you would still like to resolve the issue, we can assist you in purchasing a replacement keyboard.
